All labels are painted by South African artist Isabella Kuijers. Saurwein commissioned Kuijers for each of these paintings. The paintings have a theme that is connected to the name of the wine, and the natural flora and fauna surrounding each vineyard is depicted on the labels. The beautiful labels are meant to be a promise of what you will find inside the bottle. Most of the plants on the label are Proteas and Ericas, which grow in the mountains surrounding the vineyard and the roses are a symbol of promise.
