Waterval farm has various sets of hives around the farm, offering seasonality to our honey. Even those positioned high up in the fynbos are still influenced by the surrounding flowering plants. 
 
The current Autumn honey is typically fynbos - exotic and spicy with floral notes.
 
The Spring honey is lighter - influenced more by the Canola fields - while the winter honey is darker and more floral - from the blue gums.
