Waterval farm has various sets of hives around the fynbos on the farm, offering seasonality to our honey.
This version is thick and creamed, while very elegant and pure.
 
The Spring honey is lighter - influenced more by the Canola fields. 
 
The Winter honey is darker and more floral - from the blue gums.
